“The room was very modern and clean. It was perfect for our requirements. Our only issue was the fact that we got our check in instructions when we were waiting outside out the premises after having to contact customer service. Perhaps emailing the info out earlier in the day would be better. ”

“The listing makes it sound like this is a business. In fact, it's a private apartment which is not very easy to find as the entrance is tucked around the side of the building. It also didn't feel very safe as a woman on her own. The door to the apartment was flimsy and didn't have a bolt on the inside of the door. I did not feel safe inside and had to put the kitchen table and a chair up against the door to sleep at night. There were cracked and broken tiles on the bathroom floor which I……

“This property is well located for seeing the sights in London. We stayed with 2 children ages 10 and 12, and all of us found the flat comfortable and clean. Lots of easy access to bus and underground stations. Walkable to many attractions. Building and area felt safe. We appreciated having the kitchen and washing machine for travelling with the family. Would stay here again without hesitation. Great location”
