Welcome to our stunning stone cottage in the heart of the 1000 Islands, on the St. Lawrence River waterfront. Enjoy the most beautiful views and colorful sunrises & sunsets. Swimming, canoeing and fishing are right on our doorstep. We have a large outdoor area and firepits, seating, private beach, patio with gas BBQ, 110' x 8' boat dock and high-speed internet. 37 km of hiking/biking trails are just across the road. We are only 3 min from the historic downtown and restaurants, stores, cruise and casino.

This 6000 SF luxury house contains 3 suites, second floor is suite #1, while main floor is suite#2&3, they are beside each other but all come with separated entrance, completely independent suites, they have nothing to share with other, just like a townhouse.
This is suite #2, located at ground floor with water front, contains 1 bedroom, 1 washroom, 1 showers room, 1 kitchen, 1 living rooms and 1dinning rooms, 2 queen beds including 1 sofa beds, Sleeps 2-4. it has an area of 1000 SF. There are also patio, outdoor furniture, BBQ and fire pits.

To ensure the safety to our guests, there are surveillance cameras surround the building.

Place is good to stay and beautiful location. However I would suggest to take your own bath soap and shampoo because the owners doesn’t provide it.

Fun spot for all

Had a blast at this waterfront property with a group of friends. Perfect spot for multiple families or groups. The water was shallow which is great for kids. Lots of grass area for games and even a small sandy beach area. Owner was very responsive. Overall great experience!

Family weekend - not what we expected

Unfortunately, the house is in complete disrepair, not maintained and dirty. The mattresses are like sleeping on wood. The lawn and patio had not been mowed or weeded for at least a month. The owner did respond immediately to questions or issues that arose. The view is amazing.

Dirty carpeting, fortune cookies beneath the bed and baked potatoes on the bbq. Filthy filthy. And very rude on check out. We left a back pack at the property amd never contacted us.

Ps ne pas aller avec un enfant asthmatique Et le propriétaire lui dit que c’est normal de pas avoir réparer un infiltration d’eau 2 ans après que l’important c’est juste que le déshumidificateur fonctionne Le gypse est moi et tien que par de la peinture jamais vue aussi pire de ma vie
