"We stayed here for 1 night to attend an event at Pine Knob Music Theater, location was ideal and only about 15 minutes to the theater. Front desk staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean. $5 for the breakfast which was fine for us. Would stay here again if in the area. "

"The location and hotel are amazing. Staff is spectacular. There were some renovations still taking place so it was a little of an unfinished feeling. Also because of parties in the event space there were guests walking through the halls late at night talking loudly which was unfortunate, especially since we had to wake up at 4am for our flight. We’ve been here multiple times and will go again. It’s one of the best hotels in the area and again, the location is perfect. "

"It’s right off hall rd, hall rd has everything right there from good food to all shopping stores you need. The hotel it self is very well maintained and clean "

"All was excellent EXCEPT parking. When we returned in the evening, all spots in front of the hotel were taken, and we had to go around the building to the back. We could not enter the rear access doors, even with our room key. This required us to walk all the way around the structure to come in the front lobby doors, quite some distance. You could make those rear doors operable with a room key, like most other hotels."

"Our first time in Detroit. We actually had booked a different nearby hotel, but that one was simply horrid. I have to say that Kara and Tracy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Staying here was a blessing that we were very grateful for. We enjoyed four breakfasts as part of our stay. Very robust. Great options and different variety each day. The food service was excellent and the breakfast area although small was very well kept up. We had a small problem with our TV and the remote but staff worked tirelessly to resolve it. Something to do with the programming of the TV with our actual room number."
