"House is located in a terrible neighborhood, hence the vehicle blocking the run-down house/yard in the first photo of the listing. The smell inside of the home is horrible. There are roaches as big as the palm of my hand and the owner is aware because there are many signs claiming that the house is frequently bombed so he is well aware. Vrbo helped the owner make excuses for this unsafe envelope. I left the home only after the 1 night of a 4 night stay. The house is in need of a DEEP clean and...

"My friends and I came for a birthday trip, Francois' place was the perfect central location for our time in Miami. 30 minutes to south beach and just 15 minutes to most of the restaurants we had plans to visit. Check in was seamless and Francois was super responsive to any questions we had, we even extended an extra day with no hassle. Would 100% stay again! "

"The house is well-equipped, clean, and has a fantastic patio. It is an ideal property for family reunions, although the location is not the best as the area is up-and-coming. Overall amazing property!!"

"We enjoyed the stay but communication with owner was very poor. It too k two day to get a reply and to get basic amenities such as toilet paper. The interstate is near by so if you can block out the noise of the interstate you will be ok."
