“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“I stay in hotels at least 30 days per year, and this stay was my favorite in recent memory. We had tickets to the Braves game at 1:30 but checkin wasn’t until 4. I elected to stay behind and check us in while the fam went on to the game because I wanted to avoid the heat as long as possible. The gentleman who assisted me was able to check me in early and gave us a room with a ballpark view. The view was so perfect I ended up watching the game from our air conditioned room. It was the best……
