Room was very nice, clean, smelled of new build. breakfast was warm and good staff was very feindly. We had king deluxe room with couch and was very spacious pool was clean and quiet. Did not use but did go and sit and just relax by the pool will use again

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the specialty coffee machine in the lobby. Breakfast was fine and well monitored and maintained. The only thing of concern was the air conditioner in our room though cooling sufficiently was extremely noisy when the compressor kicked on. It was fine when just the fan was blowing but was loud enough to overpower the tv when it kicked into cool. Other than that we enjoyed our two night stay and will stay here again on our frequent trips to Springfield

The toilet and tub drain and flush very slowly. I didn’t receive any housekeeping for the two nights I stayed and I was not advised that there were not any housekeeping services. The fire alarm went off at 4:30 AM and I never heard it in my room. I just happened to be outside and heard it. The property is desperately in need of repairs and updates. There was also an old dank and wet smell in conference rooms.
