“No refrigerator or coffee in room. Coffee is premade in the lobby. Twice the pot was empty. The breakfast I paid for was raw. Toilet was broke all wkend. My mom had to clean the drain in our sink because it would back up constantly. We took pics for proof. Id never spend my money there again. Way over priced for a dirty place with nothing to offer. Charged me $29 for a drink. Gotta pay for parking. My brother's room was dirty and used when they checked in They actually sent him up to a dirty……

“Check in was the assistant manager who took 4 phone calls while checking us in, not putting them on hold but full phone calls. Pool had algae and was cold, only hand towels at the pool not full towels, black mold and sitting water puddle on pool deck. Room shower has pink slimy mold as well as black mold. Room had two door locks had been broken into causing sharp metal one of which poked a hole in my husbands shirt. Coffee maker didn’t work. Shower would be extremely hot and switch to extremely……

“The condo was cute and spacious. I liked the fact that we got, essentially, two condos. The condos are in the same building, which gives you the 2 bedrooms. The condos were clean but the major issue I had was with the TVs in the master bedrooms. They were the 90s JVC with the small DVD players. ”

“Clean room, amazing staff. Only thing was lacking was breakfast didn’t have much (no bacon, French toast) things we are used to at a hotel breakfast. ”

“Asked for clean towels and the front desk attendant was super weird about it. Asked for us to bring the dirty towels down first because they don’t have many towels in the hotel so they need to have them on rotation.. like I just needed clean towels to take a shower. Also the shower never got super hot. It was luke warm. Breakfast was very basic.. ”
