"Perfect Getaway!! Even better than expected. The property was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the bedding was very comfortable. The location was ideal. Close enough to all attractions, but definitely a qiet and relaxing area. We especially liked the outdoor space and enjoyed all of our meals on the patio overlooking Coral Bay.The host, Lois, was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, even providing local recommendations that turned out to be amazing. Her attention to detail was honestly amazing!!!! It was those little things, like a pen and notepad at the bedside; a small flashlight at bedside. These little items make a big difference!!!!! "The house is absolutely beautiful!! The views are amazing!! Having the option of renting the truck from owner is an added bonus. The outdoor showers were definitely new to me but having fresh air while showering was amazing. The kitchen had a lot of spices and plenty of pots and pans. There were wonderful pool floats available to use. The outside closet had 6 beach chairs, beach tent, back pack cooler, a small and medium hard coolers, snorkel mask and flippers and additional pool floats. The owner checked on us by text several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The weather was absolutely beautiful during our stay so hanging out on the pool deck was a must. Plenty of chairs and additional table with chairs was available. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Bay Rum Breeze! The pictures are exactly how the villa looks in person; beautiful, clean, and well-kept. The constant breeze made it so comfortable, and the outdoor showers were absolutely amazing! The property management company was very thorough, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. The location is also perfect offering prime access to the gorgeous North Shore beaches, and just a 20-minute ride into Cruz Bay for dining and shopping. We would definitely recommend this villa and look forward to coming back! It was perfect for our family of 6, but could easily accommodate 8. "

"We were a group consisting of 2 couples. The downstairs suite has its own entrance which we found to be wonderful for privacy for the other couple. They said they were quite comfortable and they had a nice view as well. There is another bedroom and bathroom upstairs, as well as the main living area. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. We even were able to use the outdoor grill which has a griddle on it. The pool was clean and inviting. All of the outdoor spaces were amazing! We loved eating out on the covered porch. We were able to watch a few movies while we were there too. The outdoor speakers that you can bluetooth to were a nice touch. We are frequent visitors of St. John and this is one of our favorite rentals we've stayed at. The driveway isn't very difficult to navigate. We rented a Jeep so no issues. We've stayed places that were much more difficult to reach. lol If you want a quiet place, away from the hustle of town, and where you can sleep to the sounds of the tree frogs (love), this is a great spot. It's only a few minutes to get to the grocery and Surfside Cantina (yummy) for good eats. It was about 15 minutes to get to Maho Bay beach and about 30 minutes to Cruz Bay. Also, we had a very sweet man, Linus? (the gardener), that showed up to water the landscaping. We really enjoyed talking to him! The property manager deserves a shout out too. Awesome communication! We would 100% stay here again. Thank you! :)"
