“property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water……

“Stayed for a few days whilst helping child move from one uni accom to another. Hottest weekend of the year and really happy that apartment (superior 2 bed) had climate control. Made for a really welcome respite from heat of the day. Very well equipped kitchen. Towels provided of a very decent size. Beds on the soft side for our taste. Would say bring an eye mask as bedroom blinds are not blackout! Some hooks on back of shower room doors would be handy. Exceptionally clean! Would stay again.”

“Good city centre location, easy access to Portsmouth City and close to public transport options for other places. Unique style of accommodation with "flats" each having 4 ensuite bedrooms and shared kitchen & lounging area.”

“This property is in an excellent location for visiting the Historical Naval Yards and related attractions. The property was very clean and quiet. My only "complaint" is that the washer-dryer machine took several hours per load. I strongly recommend staying here!”

“No ventilation, the apartment has no WINDOWS, accept for 2 roof lights which were too high to reach. The property was booked for 3 people, I rang and confirmed but regardless there was no linen or pillows for the 3rd person.”

“The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers.”

“The boat had been moved to a new location which I was unaware of, but when I contacted the Team, Steve was so helpful, answering any queries I had, nothing was any trouble. Steve explained the boat was moved to a better location, which I was, quieter and much more scenic, it was beautiful! Thankyou. I dropped off a few bits to Matt in the morning and he had kindly put up the small birthday banner, got the cake ready and the champagne was on ice ready for our arrival.
