“A wonderful b&b in beautiful countryside, everything generously provided for maximum enjoyment. We loved our room, all the most modern comforts in a unique architectural conversion. Delighted to find tea and cake after our journey; delicious breakfast in fantastic setting; we were a bit sad to leave after our stay and hope to return, as so many other visitors do.Thank you Hannah! ”

“The area was very convenient and had a lovely view of the river. Perfect for access to the city centre. The room itself was clean, just like the photos and they did a great service of the room as we stayed two nights. Although the area is convenient, be aware it does mean there's noise from traffic all night long. The parking situation was unclear when booking and lead to us receiving a parking ticket. And in our room in particular, the shower was almost unusable. ”

“Firstly, have to give a special mention to our host Jean for her incredible hospitality. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, including Vegan ingredients for my partner's breakfast. The room we were allocated has a seaview and was very clean and comfy. The shower room was also very clean and well stocked with all the extras you might need. Breakfast was very good, and there was a great range, from a good old fry up, cereals, yogurts and pastries. “I went to Diss to see friends & colleagues. On arrival no one was there to meet me as I had arrived early. There was no way of contacting the proprietor. They were on holiday, their adult daughter & son in law were taking care of bookings/stays. I had to wait for them to come home from work. The son in law was the first to arrive and was friendly & apologetic. The daughter arrived and she was equally lovely. The room was so nice and comfortable. I had a fantastic sleep & enjoyed my stay. ”
