“This is a great new condo unit. Only 6 units and there was only one other one occupied while we were there. First couple of days there were power issue which are common in the area, the rest of the stay no issues. It is well stocked for cooking. Pool is refreshing and hot tub warms up in a few hours. Would have been nice to have had lounge chairs around the pool, but other than that it was great. We had one issue with a drain and Carlo had it taken care of immediately. Great host, great property...

“The suite is great plenty of room for 6 adults. Haveing the kitchen is a bonus for people that don't mine making some meals while on vacation. Both the owner and the property manager were very responsive and accommodating. I flight was moved back several hours and we were allowed to say a little later in the room with little notice. Over all a great experience. ”

“This place is not fancy but has everything you need for cooking, comfortable bed, and best of all, amazing view to watch a sunrise off the balcony. The beach is beautiful right outside the building. It’s quiet and peaceful and feels very safe. A small grocery tienda is a few minutes walk. It’s best to have a car to go to Los Barriles. We’ll be back!”

“Just stayed a few days here - loved the area and the unit was clean and bright. Loved the pool deck area and the pool. Would have been nice to have a hot tub. The public beach is just a short walk down the hill and very well maintained. Excellent snorkling by the rocks. The unit was minimally equipped with supplies without any extra spices or condiments, and only four sets of plates/bowls etc. We liked the big pull-out couch and even though the space is small it was fine for our family of four....

“Great value. Pictures are accurate; while the older fixtures and decor are not “on trend” they are functional and clean and at this price, who cares. AC in both living room and bedroom worked very well, and shower had strong water pressure and range of temps. Good supply of linens (including beach towels), and portable beach chairs and umbrella if you want to drive elsewhere. Washer-dryer was convenient to pack light. “Great quiet location about 1 mile South of the main section of Los Barriles. Full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker. The unit has decent water pressure in the shower. The view is unreal. Nice little deck. The condo has a nice pool and access to the beach. There are quite a few stairs to get around the unit, but steps are good for you. I would stay here again.”
