Noisy upstairs neighbors so we had to move to the 3rd floor. Complained to staff. First room floors were super dirty, shower didn’t work properly. Once we moved it was quieter but still not satisfied. The shower was clogged up so we were showering in a big puddle of water. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Upon entering the lobby, there was such a terrible stench.. awful. Smells throughout the property, the elevator, hallways, the room… All strong and different. The comforter had a stain, the bathroom fan sounded like it was going to explode, the trim on the inside of the door was oddly missing paint in a 6 inch section near the lock.. I couldn’t stay there. I didn’t even want another room. I didn’t unpack. I left the property and went somewhere else.
