We are longtime Louisville residents excited to share our home and city with you! Cozy home with three bedrooms, common area, full bathroom, equipped kitchen, and yard.

Great location - 5 minutes from Churchill Downs, Kentucky Expo Center, Kentucky Kingdom, and Iroquois Park. 15 minutes from downtown Louisville. Walkable neighborhood, with parks, local coffee, restaurants, and Glow Worm kids cafe all within half a mile.

Loft bedroom includes tv and electric fireplace, with a queen sized bed (convertible to a large couch).

Front bedroom includes twin sized bed with a second twin sized trundle.

Third bedroom includes an antique oak Murphy bed (mattress size is an antique mattress - about 10 inches shorter and narrower than a regular queen).

Large yard with a playground and patio. Hosts are on-site in completely separate housing.
