“Everything was clean and neat. Host was responsive. Area was convenient. The kitchen had all the utensils, dishes and cooking supplies necessary for simple meals. We enjoyed dining outside on the deck. The AC worked OK as needed. They provided a fan in the bedroom which we placed at the door to suck in the cool air. We did have ocassional issues with the outside door keypad but just went around the front if we couldn't get it to open.”

“Condo was very clean and on 2nd floor overlooking James St. No elevator. While there are 2 doors for the building, the code to get into the building only works on the back door (safety? Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors……

“Communication with the host was excellent. My check in emails were going into my spam folder, so I didn’t think I was receiving any communications. I contacted the host about access and received quick responses. The apartment is really nice, furnished great and has a super comfy bed. The steep stairs walking up and down from the apartment are a little scary so be sure to grab the hand rail. Location is really good and you have a pretty water view. New appliances and dishes-silverware add to this……

“Erick was a phenomenal host with excellent communication with us at check-in and check-out, and as needed throughout. His home is filled with gorgeous pieces of art and artifacts. We found the description of how far it was to the beach to be deceiving -500 steps ended up being at least a 1/3 mile down the road. We never did figure out how to get to the beach by crossing the dunes behind the house, and it was too steep and vigorous of a walk for my 70 year old sister. The toaster was so covered in……
