“Loved the extra space and the seclusion. I thought we would be closer to the lake. Couldn’t see it from the house. WiFi is plugged into a wall switch that was turned off when we arrived and not explained. Upstairs bathroom exhaust fan and window blinds were not functional. Once we figured out the WiFi, we were fine and enjoyed our stay. Lovely setting and a charming log cabin house.”

“We're very grateful to the proprietors of this property. Communication throughout the reservation process and leading up to the stay was fast, thorough, and responsive. The property itself is beautiful, it is in an ideal location, it has an exceptional air conditioner, maybe I'm a dork, but I absolutely loved the commercial washer and dryer, and the balcony overlooking the water was fantastic.... Spent every morning there and hours at a time whenever I was able. Thank you for a great stay.”

“My last night of a 10 day road trip across the entire UP and down into the lower peninsula ended at this hotel. It was super clean. However, this hotel cost more than the Chicago hotel I stayed in at the start of the trip with zero amenities. Lastly, I got no rest due to the people above us trampling around until 2 am. I told the desk person upon check out and she said sorry we had a wedding party. Maybe put them on the first floor next time. Anyway, paper thin walls, no amenities, and……

“Very clean and liked that it was close but not too close to the hubbub of Traverse City. Good launching point to the M22 area. Had a bit of difficulty gaining entrance because I had not written the code to the key lock down and had no connection on my phone till we got inside to get the WiFi password ”
