We were welcomed and given a tour of the historic hotel by the front desk upon arrival. The room upgrade was to a suite overlooking the bay. The room, bed, and bath were clean and comfortable. Sehr ruhige Zimmer hintenraus. Angenehmes Personal, immer freundlich. Die Lage ist hervorragend, um Funchal zu erkunden. Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Auch eigenes Parkhaus und Parkplätze im Hotel kostenlos zur Nutzung vorhanden. Hotel direkt an einem Einkaufszentrum angeschlossen.
