Pool was closed since the previous week. We rented here because it had an indoor pool and we had 2 kids with us. We should have been informed prior to check in. Toilet was broken in one room. Clerk was friendly and helpful but being the only employee, had to wait for her to come to try fixing it. ...

The rooms that were ordered was not the rooms that was received for the stay and could not be changed so I had to settle. They didn’t clean the rooms very well either.

When an issue arose with propane running out and only having electric fireplace for heat, reached out to host with no reply. Had to close doors to all rooms and sleep on couches in living room the second night. Not what we signed up for!
