“The outside noise from traffic, especially from semi-trucks engine-braking made it impossible to sleep!! I suspect this is a problem to ALL hotels in the area and not limited to the Budget Inn. Do not stay anywhere near the US-30/I-70 intersection if you value your sleep!! The overall quality at the Budget Inn was very good for the price.”

“Place was poorly maintained. Mouse poop on countertops, in drawers, and in closets. Heat in room with 2 doubles did not work. Purchased firewood that was not chopped. ”

“Wish they had let us know when we booked that hotel was under renovation and many things were not open (pool, spa, etc). Breakfast was over very early for a Friday morning. Hotel will be nice once it’s done. Price should have been discounted due to renovations.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed at Serendipity, a unique area in the back of the camp so we had a lot of privacy. I was skeptical of the "tabins" because not the best pictures online but was pleasantly content when we got here. They were spacious enough to accommodate and the beds were fine. It's not the cleanest, but as long as you bring a sheet and/or sleeping bag to place on top of the mattress it was quite comfortable. We swept out the tabins when we got there, hung our lanterns up and……
