"This was recently purchased by a new owner. If you need a clean room with good A/C, a comfy bed, good shower and toilet at a great price then this is your place. If you’re looking for the Ritz this is not your place. Room had a frig but no microwave and some things are a bit dated. But it was clean, bug free and comfy. There was a microwave downstairs that you could use. All and all we were happy and it served the purpose. "
