The space There is one master suite (king bed) with its own private shower and bathroom and two additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and more. The outdoor area is best-in-class with a large, heated salt water pool, multiple lounge chairs, grill and dining table with seating. This is a waterfront property and the patio leads down to a private dock, complete with boat lift (please inquire first) and fish cleaning station. Additionally there is another 1.5 bathrooms and washer and dryer.

Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, garage, pool, private dock and the boat lift is potentially available for an incremental fee with a signed wavier required. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: • We want you to have the best vacation experience and want to ensure that the house is right for your needs. If you request to book, we will also require you to complete, sign and return a rental agreement. • This is a no smoking home • Minimum age requirement to rent this home is 30 and renter must be present for entire stay • Gatherings for special events or parties are not allowed. • Marco Island has an enforced ‘Quiet time’ between 8pm and 8am. Fines are issued and you will be responsible for them. Please keep noise to an absolute minimum after 8pm • If you plan on bringing your boat and need use of the boat lift, please let us know in advance. There is absolutely no parking of trailers on the property (as per Marco Island regulations), please contact us for storage information.
