My favorite condo. Amazing views and such a beautifully kept condo. I really enjoyed my stay again. The pool was perfect and you can’t beat that view while swimming. Thank you again Rich and Pam! Can’t wait to go again.

Wonderful vacation

We loved seeing the sunrise over the water. This unit has excellent views. Everyone at the resort is so friendly. The unit was very well stocked and would be great for a couple or family.

50th Birthday Celebration!

There are no words on how much I enjoyed my stay. Excellent location, views were breath taking, watching the amazing sunrises and the condo was in excellent condition. I'm going to try to book another stay in the next year.

Perfect vaca!!

Rich & Pam’s place was perfect…clean, lots of extras, beautiful views of the sunrise & passing boats, gorgeous pools, walking distance from some amazing restaurants & a short drive to shops. Rich was an excellent host who answered any questions ASAP & check in/entering was quick and easy! We’d definitely book this place again!!!

Marco Island Paradise

Richard and Pam’s home was fantastic - clean and organized is an understatement! They have everything you would need for a quick weekend trip or week plus stay. They have beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, tennis rackets, and much more for their guests to use. The view of the Marco River is fantastic. Sipping coffee and watching the boat traffic is a great way to start your day! Would highly recommend!

An updated condo with a view

3rd floor, newly updated, condo in Bldg. A with view of the bridge and marina. Occasional boat goes by. Note: Office for parking pass is located at the far end of attached building B. Drawers/closets contain many useful items including rackets, spare batteries, etc. Owner texts entry codes for unit and parking the day before, making check in easy.

The view alone is worth a million $$$$

Every check mark on this wonderful property was met. Clean, and many extras included. The owner supplies high-quality sand chairs, umbrella, floats, pool noodle, and so many little touches. We spent a week in a clean condo and spent countless hours on the balcony with the best view. Communication was immediate. We will absolutely be renting from Rich again. Thank you for everything.

Quiet Sanctuary

We had a wonderful time on our long weekend in Marco Island. The condo was clean, quiet and had all we needed. Grocery and drugstore are very close if you forget to bring something. The balcony was my favorite! We sat often to watch the sunrise, occasional dolphin and boats. We enjoyed eating at Island Gyspy Cafe and Sunset Grille where you can see the sunset on the beach. There is some work in progress on some of the condos, but nothing that happened over the weekend while we were there. Thank you Richard and Pam for a wonderful Anniversary weekend!
