New Britain Pousadas

Their service was impeccable, needed a few items and they delivered it within minutes to our room. They served a hot breakfast with plenty of choices, such a pleasant way to start our day. Plenty of towels at the pool, every moment was relaxing and stress free.

I needed a room at the last minute to attend a funeral. There weren't many choices available when I was booking , but, this hotel had a few rooms left. After staying there, I don't know why this property wasn't sold out! Everything was spotless. Every staff member I encountered was polite and friendly, even saying "hello" and "good morning" while passing in the hallway (A big deal here in the northeast...). There were no strange smells, No questionable linens, not a hair, nothing. Everything I...

Quiet close to espn headquarters

Really nice place. Very clean and well appointed.

staff and breakfast excellent

Very clean room, comfortable beds. I like that the window opens a bit to let in fresh air.

Great staff and quiet room

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. The only complaint I have is that the juice was watered down at breakfast.

We stayed after a medical procedure and the spot was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out and recoup and good to have the small kitchen to eat in.

great place

I got in at 9:00 tonight, and check-in was a breeze! My room is way beyond awesome, I've not done any more than unpack, but I'm very impressed. I was born in Wallingford, so the reason I'm here is to rent a house and stay in the area, but I highly recommend this place to people visiting the Wallingford/Meriden area.

The staff at this property was by FAR the best of any property I have ever stayed in. Everyone was pleasant and and helpful. Ivan in particular, took great care of me when my Uber Eats order was delayed and then ultimately cancelled because they could not find a driver. The manager of this property should be quite proud of the entire staff.

This property is very clean and quiet I would go back again the customer service is Excellent.

Easy check in, kind staff.

Homewood Suites, was a wonderful stay. The location was perfect! For those coffee lovers, Dunkin Donuts is steps aways from the main entrance. Lake Compounce was very close, as well as Target for any last minute items. We also found a great bowling alley and arcade too! The rooms in Homewood Suites exceeded our expectation. They were very big, had a sitting area. We definitely will return!

The hotel staff very nice, the pool very relaxing, the food was excellent. I will be back.

Everything was very good I only have one complaint. Large groups were slowed to take extra food with them at breakfast. They were given brown bags to put food in. When we got up to get our breakfast there were not much left to choose from. So if you gonna let ppl take extra make sure you can cover it so there’s food left for others.

Beautiful warm yet modern design - ripe for Architectural Digest. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Morning breakfast is terrific. Cute town to navigate within steps of the hotel.
