“Hands down the best hotel we have stayed at. The staff were incredible, they were attentive and generous but never overbearing. They could not do enough for us and our son, and they excelled themselves at every opportunity. The little extras they did for us made our holiday, and the riad itself is absolutely stunning. We didn't want to leave and I genuinely think about it a week on, missing the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. It's perfectly positioned for the Palace and the souks……

“This riad was the highlight of my trip to Marrakech. Beautiful property, quiet and clean premises, and great hospitality. Walking distance to eateries, shops, and points of interest. Attentive and polite staff that go out of their way to solve problems. Simo from the front desk epitomizes top notch customer service. He stepped in to ease up my departure process, which turned out more complicated than expected due to delayed transportation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Such a central location, easy to figure out where to go. The staff were the highlight; so friendly, personable and accommodating. “Its a warm hotel in the old medina. Although its a bit difficult to find, the staff had sent email with map to guide you (though I ignored it accidentally). The host is really helpful and nice so as the ladies in the hotel helping out cleaning and preparing breakfast. Places are very clean and cozy. Definitely my choice for next time:)”

“This is a perfect place to spend a few days relaxing if thats your thing - and it is mine. The rooms are incredible (we had a junior suite and I was really impressed) the ambience of the public spaces is warm, friendly and convivial and the staff are stellar -particular shout out to Rida in the restaurant who hit the balance being professional and attentive at all times and personal and warm when the opportunity arose. It was particularly amusing to find some of the most beautiful and friendly……
