Family vacation.

The stay was overall ok. Not going to say perfect but rather good. The check in could of been better. One of the receptionist was very rude and could definitely used a lot more customer service help. The rooms were clean. The pool was not h qted and a little cold for my taste. The view to the beach/ocean was gorgeous. That was my favorite part of my stay!

It used to be a wonderful place, but it is old and worn out. I was put in a room where the stove did not work, had no water pressure and the staff had no answer answers.

This property is truly unique in the area in that it remains one of the only hotels in the area that has a distinctly Mexican decor and flavor. The units are spacious. The accouterments for cooking or cleaning are not so great. The staff in the restaurant and bar are very helpful and pleasnt. Access to the gorgeous beach in front of the property needs to be replaced. Access is not possible at high tide. We did enjoy our stay very much.

Unbearably awful

I suspect they post their own good reviews given the complaints constantly shared around the pool and environs by guests. The staff is nice, the location is nice but the units are moldy and bug ridden. They screwed up our reservation and charged so much more than expected, then demanded all our identification: passport, driver's license, and then they wanted credit card information. They wouldn't check us out until all the dishes and silverware were counted, after we had put up with the ants and cockroaches. Horrible place.

estancia muy agradable, habitaciones limpias , el aire acondicionado perfecto y la alberca en buenas condiciones , las habitaciones frente a la alberca estan excelentes cuando llevas familia(niños). muy buen lugar y mucho muy tranquilo. definitivamente volveria.

Falta mantenimiento urgentemente. Limpieza profunda a la alberca . Toallas buen estado están muy deterioradas. Había telarañas y gigantes. Mantenimiento general villas están muy viejitas y sin mantenimiento. Antes estaba muy bonito todo me sorprendió que lo dejaran literal caer no lo esperaba. Y no hay seguridad lado playa cualquiera se puede meter. Poco personal laborando. Y recomendación hagan convenios restaurantes cercanos entreguen ahí venta se haga arra vez de ustedes.

Al llegar a la habitación nos dimos cuenta que estaba sumamente descuidada y sucia, dejaron comida en platos, toallas de cocina sucias con manchas, las cobijas de la cama tenia manchas, los baños tenían jabones abiertos, no volvería jamás al hotel
