"We enjoyed our stay at peacock place. The house is beautiful inside and out. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious despite us making it challenging with one gluten allergy and another disliking eggs. We also thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the early morning and evening. The porch has overhead fans for the hotter days and a heater for colder weather. The pool area was also very nice. I'd highly recommend staying if you're in the Eastman area. It's very close to MGSU Eastman and Cochran campuses. "

"We visited for an extended weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The property is gorgeous and absolutely peaceful. Just what we needed! Had a little trouble with the water staying on due to the existing pressure switch and a bear getting in to the trash can out back, but the owner was very responsive and my husband was able to get the water working for our stay. If you are looking for a quiet place with beautiful views of the country and away from the hustle and bustle of life, this is the place! Town of Fitzgerald is close by with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely consider visiting again."
