“Room where clean and the staff was very helpful”

“If you don’t get valet parking, they don’t allow you to use the carts to carry your luggage to your room FYI. They also automatically charge extra fees per day for more than two adults with out explanation. Example I had a room. In and out family from other rooms and they automatically charged my room the fees with out explanation. In deed I requested management and it was removed but the principal was you can’t just charge a room fees with out explaining why nor understanding what’s happening.……
