“It is a very old property in a great location. The room did not have any toiletries like shower caps. The hair dryer was badly banged up. Still did the job. Not a dryer you would expect in a 4 star experience.

“訂的是三人房，
結果梳化床沒有枕頭、床單、及被提供，
要自己去櫃檯問，居然說五月中天氣不凍不提供。
幸好另一個員工聽到沒有被感覺較凍，
主動提供比張毛氈，
但係前台第一個員工態度非常之差，
最初check-in攞房已經完全不對資料求其就比兩間房我們，
結果是我們主動提出只訂了一間房。
初時評語入住登記都俾佢四星，
但係到晚上認真使用設施才覺得這間酒店不值此評核
水壓簡直弱弱的，
員工態度差，早餐非常一般，不會再入住”

“We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia. The hotel is quiet, elegant, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient.

“We had a wonderful stay. Perfect location downtown. Room was clean and big enough for my family of 5. Spacious and comfortable with actual seating in the room. Breakfast was delicious, they had many different options. The staff was phenomenal, so sweet and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here. We will be back.
