“Where do I even start… The room was the size of a shoebox and faced the restaurant. That might be normal for a riad, but not when there’s loud music and a party happening. We asked for an umbrella — they didn’t have one. The staff was friendly, but sadly very incompetent. And then the worst part: the bathroom. There is NO door at all. Zero privacy. Anyone in the room can see everything. I don’t want my friend or partner watching me sit on the toilet — it’s uncomfortable, awkward, and honestly……

“Riad is located in the medina with good position. However, the room is full of ants. Our bodies felt very itchy after stayed in the sofa. The most unforgettable thing is I even woke with a dead ant on my face and a living insect on my pillow! After that I found there are serval dead insects on the bed I just slept! Cleanliness need to be improved.”
