The towels were disgusting and very dirty, and I requested multiple times for new towels and bed sheets because my children and I were sleeping in that room and it took two days for them to bring new towels and sheets. And they had no shampoo and body wash from the first day, so we had to go to the nearest store and purchase body wash and shampoo, and in the room the fire alarm would beep constantly and when I called the management they didn’t help at all, and then I called Expedia and they didn’t help either, we didn’t get good rest and it was extremely uncomfortable, dirty and stressful because of the lack of costumer service, they ruined my stay and my children’s vacation, and I am extremely unsatisfied, the management is extremely unprofessional.

I would not advertise this hotel through the current owner. The hotel staff was great but they felt handcuffed to help us out because they were the second party essentially. Smoke alarms were removed, and the one that did work the low battery alarm sounded off in the middle of the night. No kitchen towels, coffee pot or anything that would normally be included in a typical VRBO. The property was great, I would just never rent through this owner.

Condo was on 21st floor. Had amazing views. Two bedroom and two bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable, condo was clean. Kitchen was well equipped, we purchased dish towel and dish soap as there were none. Parking Valet was an extra charge, but had the convenience of dropping off car without self parking. Condo and was great but we would probably not stay again as we like to try different areas of Lauderdale.
