“My friends and I stayed over the weekend for an event in the area. Everything in the house is perfectly tuned for a visitors stay. I've stayed in numerous places before that are missing key items (silverware, toilet paper, blankets, etc.) and this place had it all. Would stay here again, I would love to stay here in the winter! We had 8 guests and paid extra but I do think it should be a little more clear that there are technically only though beds to sleep 6-7 depending on guests partners.”

“Quiet and spacious environs. Charles could not have been more accommodating in making sure everything was as we needed it to be. House was clean and well equipped. Plenty of comfortable space for 14 adults. Great location is you like access to biking, hiking, fishing, etc. Lots of Civil War history nearby as well as a close day trip into DC. ”

“This property is very special. The house is beautifully updated and decorated and very comfortable including the beds. There was a good amount of space for us, 2 kids and a Nanny. Being able to see horses outside the kitchen window was my dream come true! The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and gave us a tour of their property. “Beautiful area with great hiking trails, Shenandoah National Park about an hour away. Harper’s Ferry offered nice trails, shops, eateries and loads of history.”
