VRBO refunded our deposit but finding a hotel was challenging and we had to pay three times as much. VRBO said they will only refund us a portion of what we paid to find another place on the day we arrived to check into this property. Do not book here!”

“We had a very comfortable stay for 2 weeks. Jennifer, our host, was always there to support us.The house was clean and nice. If I buy a house later, I would like to refer to the interior.There are many things to see and eat nearby, such as museums and aquariums. There is also a tram that runs late, so it was a great location for sightseeing.If I visit Dallas again, I will definitely stay at Jennifer's house.”

“Who could it be knocking at my door!?!?! If this owner were singing on Oct 1st, this is the song that I am sure he was singing. Starting about 6 days prior to this rental, I started contacting the host to find out what the check-in process was. I sent a total of 3 emails, none of which were ever answered. I also tried to call the number listed on the advertisement, but all I ever got was a voicemail prompt. I left 2 messages - the day before and the day our rental was supposed to start. I...

“Place was amazing and roomy nicely organized with check in folder with all info regarding house. Had a great stay and even called last minute because our flight changed to later than expected and got later check out time. ”

“Communication with management/owner was not very good. I was unprepared for the check-in process. It was different than any other check in process. Having to download apps and have separate security deposits taken at check-in was horrible and inconvenient. The location was great for walking to the convention center and restaurants in the middle of town. The apartment was very nice, a little bit noisy but fulfilled our requirements.”
