“WE WERE DISSAPPOINTED WITH A COUPLE OF THINGS WE STAYED HERE FOR 5 NIGHTS AFTER THE SECOND NIGHT WE COMPLAINED ABOUT 2 THINGS MAIN PROBLEM WAS THE HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER. WATER WAS VERY HOT INTHE SINK BUT ONLY LUKEWARM IN THE SHOWER. WE WERE FREEZING EVERYTIME WE BATHED. ALSO THEY ASKED ABOUT CLEANING THE ROOM AND WE REQUESTED EVERY OTHER DAY CLEANING BUT IT GOT DONE ONLY ONCE THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE. JUST LEFT US IN SAME ROOM WITH NO IMPROVEMENT TO THE WATER SITUATION. HAVE BEEN STAYING……

“Breakfast is absolutely awful. It's just waffles that taste like Ariana, The place is filthy. It smells damp and like a hospital; they had to move me to another room because the shower was leaking.In short, a disaster, but the most disappointing thing, I insist, was the breakfast. We chose this hotel because it was supposed to have a hot breakfast and we wanted to make the most of our time eating there, but it was worse than expected. I'll never go back. “I went to the Bruno Mars concert with my daughter and stayed here. The location was perfect! You wake up in the morning, and open the door and a big beautiful rollercoaster smacks you in the face--it sets the tone for an amazing day. The vibe is unbeatable and it makes you wanna have fun the rest of the day. The room was clean and comfortable and we felt safe. You can't beat the price. We will definitely be going again. ”

“Decent hotel, staff was friendly. Had to check in a day early with a different reservation and they combined them with no issue. Beds were comfy, pillows were rock hard. Rooms were clean, but the bathroom corners definitely needed a good cleaning as they seem to look like they've never been touched. Halls were clean, besides the second floor reaked of weed, all weekend. Pool area was also dirty with beer cans lying all along the pool area. Breakfast was decent, and breakfast staff was super……

“The facilities in the room are the most complete, including a TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, safe, desk and chairs, and a leather luggage rack. The curtains provide excellent blackout, and it's very quiet outside. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, grilled meat patties, waffles, milk, coffee, apples, cereal, and more. A very nice hotel—we'll stay here again next time we come to Dallas.”

“Everybody was great, rooms were clean, no shower mats though with a very slippery shower. I had to hold on to something to stand in the shower. Called the front desk they didn't have any. Breakfast was good though”
