We love this property. It was so close to old town Montreal. The bed was perfect very clean very modern very nice. The only problem I have is we were told to park in an on street lot used for the fair. It was $70 per day closer up the street one block was an indoor parking garage for $24 a day. We were told by the establishment to use the $70 one. This was a bad call on their part and when I tried to let them know, we got no response back so please park in the parking garage up the hill one block away.

The location was amazing. It appeared to be clean but the first morning after we were there we woke up to brown water coming from the bathroom ceiling. I was able to get ahold of staff easily. They fixed the leak but the main AC was kept off which made the apartment very hot even with a portable AC unit. When I walked on the bathroom floor I was sticking to it. I used a wipe where the brown water had been and was discussed by what came off the floor. It looks like the water was wiped up, but not actually cleaned. I had to clean the floor myself. I texted staff to let them know about how the bathroom was left but got no response. It made me question how clean the rest of the apartment might be.

The Maison Rasco is perfectly situated in Old Montreal - we couldn’t have asked for a better view of the NYE fireworks too! Excellent communications and a beautiful apartment within walking distance of all the fun places to go out, but in the quieter section. Loved our stay and would love to come back!

I had a great stay overall and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a studio to a one-bedroom unit. The apartment was huge and had everything I could have asked for, including a full kitchen with cutlery, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, living room, and dining area. They also provided laundry pods, which was a nice touch. The building itself felt very secure, with multiple access codes required to enter. I also really appreciated that the unit had several windows, which made the space feel bright and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and everything else about the apartment was excellent. The one area that I think needs more attention is housekeeping. While the apartment looked clean at first glance, there were several details that suggested the cleaning could have been more thorough. I found hair on the carpet and sofa, hair in the bed and on the pillows, and some stains on the bedding. Some of the spoons were not properly clean, and the basket that was supposed to contain candies was full of empty wrappers, which made it seem like it had been overlooked during cleaning. These are relatively small things, but they make a big difference in how clean and comfortable a room feels, especially when you are staying in a place of this standard. I would definitely recommend paying more attention to housekeeping and having staff do a more detailed inspection between guests. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay and loved the size, layout, amenities, security, and comfort of
