"I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The area was quiet and safe - there are government buildings nearby so there are armed guards on the street at all hours (but not in a scary way). I would 100% feel safe staying here as a solo traveler. The room had just enough space and a lovely rain shower. Free breakfast help us save a good bit of money each day. "Hotel Ursa was in a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still had the convenience of a big metro station nearby, good restaurants and interesting shops a short walk away (and in some cases across the street!)
And, it was a beautiful luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff."

"Premium hotel with a fantastic breakfast buffet, helpful staff, and proximity to restaurants and public transportation. A bit noisy but thats to be expected in a center city hotel. Mattress was a bit soft and not super comfy but thats the only negative."
"The highlight is the breakfast! I also appreciate the shower with great water pressure, with the rain shower and detachable shower head, hot in 20 seconds. A+"
"To be honest I have no complain about my stay, the hotel was on La Gran Via, close to everything, and the staff and room were phenomenal. Special thanks to Ivan, the security guard of the hotel(El boricua salsero), he was super helpful and awsome with us, very friendly and informative, bless his heart."
