“Quick, clean, easy to deal with.”

“We were here for one night and enjoyed the property. Property was as described. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have a Keurig with a few k-cups to get the day started. Communication with manager was spot on.”

“There was nothing that I can think of that we needed while there except maybe a spider detector. This place couldn’t have been more conducive to our needs. The nearby park was beautiful to walk to. There are plenty of churches to choose from. We felt very relaxed and at home. The only thing that creeped me out was the big spider in my bed and one in the shower the next morning. Both of which were obliterated. Thanks!”

“This property went beyond my expectations. We had family from CA, TX, ND, and FL all meet up in IA for a family Celebration of Life. 9 adults total, and with three separate gathering areas, plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was very adequate for our cooking/baking needs. Although we had no small children, we did notice the nice-sized room with plenty of baby items. A small issue when my mother (83 years old) was the first to arrive at the property, she didn't fully understand how to……

“We stayed for an extended time with work and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for 4 adult. Jason was a wonderful host and was very accommodating. Accessing the house was a breeze and the extra upgrades in the upstairs bathroom were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.”

“This is our 4th time staying here. The house is very clean and very spacious for our family. We just loved seeing the sunset every night and the view of the river is so beautiful. We loved our time here. The house always smells so good. The host is great to work with and always very responsive when needed. It is close to every place we had to go in Davenport. “This is such a neat historic home with lots of room for the 8 of us to spread out and also be together around the table playing games. The weather didn't quite cooperate the night we were planning to have a fire, but there is a fire ring with plenty of wood available and lots of outdoor seating. The backyard is large and fenced, and we were glad to see the cornhole game (even though I am possibly the worst player ever). Communication was great! I still cannot believe how big the bedrooms are,……

“We had an excellent Thanksgiving stay in this quaint home right on the Mississippi river. The location couldn't have been better for us. The number of bedrooms, supplies in the kitchen, and activities for the kids inside the house were wonderful. Highly recommend this for any short or long journey to Iowa for a family or couples.”

“This is my second time staying at the Carriage House and it was as nice as last time. The location is perfect for getting around the Quad Cities. This is our new “home away from home” when we come visit family and friends. Also, check out Main Street Coffee…it is an easy walk or drive and has great coffee/drinks.”

“Quiet neighborhood and easy access to major streets. The apartment was true to the photos, very comfortable for two. Nice deck in the back to watch wildlife. Would stay here again.”

The sights and sounds of nature were amazing. The cabin was homey and large enough for my family of five. The shuffleboard table and poker table were our entertainment after the long day of fishing. Just an all around pleasant experience!”

“We were in town for our daughter’s pinning ceremony at St Ambrose so we weren’t at the rental much. It worked good for our family. Maybe I misssed it in the description, but the house sets up on a hill and there are some slopes going to the property and the stairs are a little steep. My mother usually doesn’t do steep things well since her knee replacement but she still did okay. He was great to work with and was very accommodating with anything we neeeded!!!”
