“Excellent friendly professional front desk staff! Clean, quiet, comfortable room with lovely welcome amenity! Easy check in/out. Convenient parking in garage attached to the complex. Booked this property due to the convenience of location near the Winspear Opera House, where I was attending a performance. Will defintely stay here again. ”

“The inside is a lot better than the outside makes it seem. The owner is remodeling and for the price the place is good. It is safe and clean with cameras and security at night. The owner is very nice and call all the guest by name. I usually stay there one or two nights during the fair. ”

“Shiloh Dwellings did not show up for check in, did not answer calls or emails, and did not provide a code to enter the building. After a resident let me in, Shiloh Dwellings had not cleaned the property after the previous tenant (soiled underwear visible in trash, towels in piles in bath, etc). They refused a refund through Hotels.com citing policy though they were unable to live up to their own instructions for visitors.”
