We only wish the beds were more comfortable. They’re very stiff. Also the breakfast options. Understandable it doesn’t have to be offered but just giving a waffle without a protein seems a bit meh. We just sucked it up and ate out. The staff was great, customer service was on point when there was an issue with our key they fixed it immediately. The sink in the middle of the room was clogged and there were stains in the tub as pictured. A/C didn’t work as it should. The listing says the property is pet friendly, but they have signs all over the property “No Dogs Allowed”. So I guess they don’t expect your dog will need to go to bathroom. And I don’t understand why I was required to give $100 deposit with or without a pet. Don’t book your stay there with small children unless you’re ok with pot smoke around them. I came back to the hotel later in the evening and it smelled like Cheech and Chong was staying there. There is a reason why it’s the or one of the lowest rates in that area. Oh, and the room’s door lock never worked correctly. I didn’t say anything about the lock because I got into an argument with the front desk person about the $25 a night fee. Apparently their website say it but in the Expedia app I just had seen “pets allowed” with no notes for an extra cost (I took screen shots because I thought that had to be wrong). I took photos of the unit. When I asked at the front desk I was told it was ok. There is a warning label right on the unit itself.
