Could have been much better!
The house is in a great location and has great potential but it is dirty, unorganized and ill equipped. There were cobwebs and dust throughout the house. Floor was filthy, porches had not been swept or cleaned in awhile. There was a dead bird on the porch.
The kitchen had the basic utensils but they were scattered in various drawers and are minimal. Knives were all dull, cabinets were very unorganized with remnants of leftovers from previous guests. Linens were very poor quality and one one towel per guests was supplied. When I asked the property manager for 2 more bath towels since two provided were very small, they refused to give us 2 more towels. Air vents are very dirty with dried grass on them. Furniture is all modern, cold, hard and very uncomfortable. The check-in is very confusing since there are two multi locks on front porch that are not in use. The lock to use is on the back laundry room room door, so when you leave the house, you have to lock front door then leave from back entrance.
It is a great property but needs to be restocked and thoroughly cleaned. These are really easy fixes to make this a great rental. Disappointed!
