The property was good for the couple nights we spent and the activities we were there for. The door wouldnt stay shut but they fixed that as soon as we told them. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is in a really good location for sightseeing.

Stayed during wildfires and had to leave early bc our activities got canceled by other businesses and room had no AC for filtration. We have two asthmatics. Our trip was ruined. While it wasn’t the hotels fault, they would only approve a first night cancellation and not approve refund for the other unspent night. Our rental car had no issue refunding unspent days. The hotel stole from us a one night stay and kept it. This is not fair. Ethan is the manager Expedia spoke with. Hotel itself had giant puddle out front and an abandoned looking trailer. Abandoned buildings around and ppl smoking all day long out back of shell (even with the wildfires). Kitchen sink had broken tile and sharp edges. Cabinets banged up. Shower head above rusted and didn’t function. Extremely humid and musty but they had a dehumidifier to heat the bathroom up. Couldn’t open windows due to wildfires. Can hear everything going on upstairs which was annoying. Carpet, furniture, bedding, new fans and the place in general was acceptable. Didn’t use any other amenities bc we had to leave. A few things nearby were open but extremely busy due to no real outdoor activities going on.

Do not stay here. We left immediately. Bugs on the bed. Smelled like dead fish and water. Used lotion in the bathroom. Long term not great clientle.
