“It is what it is.......if you want a 5 star resort, look elsewhere, its a beach house. Communication was good, place was clean. It was a little odd having the owner right upstairs, but they werent very intrusive. You cannot see the beach, but it only 30 or so yards to walk to. Overall, satisfied.....”

“This property had a great location in proximity to the beach, surrounding restaurants, and shopping. Most everything is walking distance or a very short drive and it had ample room in the garage to store sandy beach items and with small children, it came in handy. The host had great communication and was very responsive. I highly recommend this townhome for any one wanting to be close to the beach and other places of interest where you can have a short walk to get to wherever you want to go...

“We decided to have a sister’s weekend and attend the Shrimp Festival. We had an amazing time. The view from the rooms to the ocean was amazing. Loved being able to walk a short distance to the beach and at dark sit on the balcony and enjoy the sound of the waves. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Plan to come back every year!”

We had previously rented the other side of the duplex last year and knew the area was were we could access the beach and walk a quiet neighborhood with our dog. The fenced yard allowed us to let our dog out without having to keep him on a leash. If you have a smaller dog, check to be sure they can't get out. “The place was beautiful and colorful, nice area, not too far from shopping center and UNF. I think it would have been even more interesting if there was tvs in all room, and dressers for table space, the double twin bed needed another mattress on the bottom bump cause it was like you were sleeping on the floor, which is not good for adults, also I didn’t know you had to go thru another bedroom to get to that room, the trees around the pool need to be cut down cause it’s was to many leaves in the...

“We had a wonderful three night stay. The unit was exactly as described and was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Loved the huge tv in the living room. Three unexpected bonuses: 1) the short walk on the beach to the Ritz Carlton where we went for lunch and drinks 2) The unit was two stories which really gave us a lot of extra room. “Fantastic location and literally only steps from the smoothest sand we’ve walked on in many years! Everything was as advertised and plenty of room for a family of four. Nicely updated and tastefully decorated. We gave the overall check-in process 4/5 because we didn’t get the instructions or entry codes until we asked for them twice (once 24 hours before and once the day of check-in at 4:30 pm). The management team was apologetic and this may have been an oversight, but it was nerve racking....
