Nautica! What a great person to work your front desk. She was on the phone when I arrived and was so pleasant with the caller. At the same time she smiled directly at me to acknowledge my arrival. Efficient and happy…her smile is contagious!

The lady at front desk was phenomonal. But the rest of the hotel looked very dated, elevator was barely working. Smelled weird and they gave us the wrong room. Overall ended up stayin at a different hotel.
