“This is a nice property, charming, safe neighborhood. Remodeled to a high standard. The owner was easily reached and prompt to respond from the minor questions to a big need for ice melts in a surprise snow. There were a few maintenance and housekeeping issues that keep me from giving this a 5\. Parking could be a little bit of an issue, 2-3 in driveway, none on road. Have to walk across grass and small incline to get to front door. Bring ALL of your own food needs, even salt and pepper. ”
