"The stay was good. I would stay here again. Would recommend an additional accent chair or two and shades or blackout blinds. Was uncertain about parking, so we reserved a place in the lot. Reservation process is quite cumbersome. Lots of VRBO emails and codes to keep track of. Check in/out process was a bit confusing. Fortunately the front desk was very patient and helped us out without any issues. Two bottles of water for four people was not enough and no ice."

"The condo was fine, but it was very sparse, no extra blankets or amenities. Fine. But, the dog park on the roof was closed, which was a KEY consideration when booking downtown because I am disabled and have a service dog. When I asked the very rough looking person at the front desk where I should walk my dog, they replied "You? You should not be on this street after dark.
