“Totally unique loft-like living space. Comfortable, comfortable and kinda cool”

“This hotel is a little gem in Philadelphia's Fishtown neighborhood. It’s so beautiful and quiet, everything is perfectly appointed but in a way that feels comfortable and livable. We loved the food and drinks at Bastia. The pool is fabulous with cool towels and these little personal fans (old school, you wave them). The rooms are large with very high ceilings and exposed beams. There was a comfy chair and little reading nook, ample clothing storage, a large stocked fridge and bar and……

“Die Unterkunft war toll, tolles Personal, tolle Lage. Das Zimmer bzw. die hatte ausreichend Platz und die Sicht auf den Fluss war spitzig. Allerdings war das Frühstück etwas spärlich, ohne Viel Auswahl und nicht Frisch zubereitet, das war schade für den Standing des Hotels.”

“Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was clean, quiet, and right in the heart of Old City. Walkable to all the major sites and great food. The host was exceptionally friendly and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Would definitely book again!”

“Except for the kitchen, the 2 bedroom unit left much to be desired. The AC rattled all night. There were dust bunnies / spider webs hanging from the ceiling. The couch was stained. The TV worked intermittently. There's no parking for the hotel itself; only street parking or garage parking 1 block or so away. The area seems sketchy, more so because the street lighting is poor, but also for the foot traffic almost all night long.”
