Great hotel, clean, comfortable and very convenient
Wonderful property in an ideal location. Beautiful sleek modern uncluttered decor. Great television. Lovely view, friendly and professional staff espeically at the door and at breakfast. Recommend it highly and would stay there again without hesitation.
This was a fantastic hotel in the Old City with great character and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and spacious as well. The complimentary breakfast was great, with a huge selection of food. Would highly recommend.
Everything super....check out the 120 wines on tap (yes, on tap!) in the bar.....the food at the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel/bar had great food....try the appetizers at the bar and the specials on drinks for residents of the hotel. The room was nice and old fashioned in look but with ...
Everything about this place was amazing! I definitely will be returning! No complaints at all!
Room very clean. Opposite Sheraton club so very noisy at night. Loud banging in walls when heat/air conditioning unit turns on even at midnight or 2:30 am. Bed comfortable. No room refrig. Had leak in bathroom after using tub but couldnt be fixed for next night and hotel too full for a room change ...
Nice staff, clean room, great experience. Have stayed here multiple times - great location, as well.
Night life and hotel were great.
Middle of a lot of historical places. liberty bell less that mile away. Security doors closed after 9pm for safety. Restaurants close by plus wawa and donkdount etc.... people is polite. Three elevators and breakfast included. I stay one night middle of April and was busy. I like hotel and environment. ...
Very nice place to stay in a Central location with plenty of restaurants... Room Service restaurant was a bit limited...
Hotel location was perfect. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean and updated. Hallways quiet. Elevators efficient. Parking easy
Good, clean hotel. Keep in mind that it's a boutique hotel; so it won't be as big as a chain - however, I'm usually so busy in Philly, i just want a clean and safe place to rest my head - this place delivers in that aspect.
The hotel is run well and the front desk is helpful. They arranged for a taxi pickup that came on time. Breakfast is uneven: cheery staff and most food was good, but the packages egg dishes will not win awards. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen and bathroom quite nice. But when the A/C automatically ...
A comfortable apartment in the heart of old Philadelphia. Having a bath and a half-bath is convenient.
Booked this hotel because it was central to most things in the city. A little disappointed in room size and size of bathroom. Quite small. Bathroom only came with 1 set of towels we had to ask for another set). Toilet seat couldn't even open straight up because it bumped into counter! However, staff ...
Our 3rd visit but was disappionted, no longer provide breakfast. People next door had a battle royale on Friday night.
Would have loved to stay longer. Everything was done with care and consideration for the guest's comfort and enjoyment. A wonderful place.
From the moment we walked in the staff were courteous, helpful, and accomodating. Their concierge service was absoulutely wonderful. They made our visit in Philly a pleasant one. A shout out to Matt and Gaysha, they were very friendly, helpful and just a delight.
we had never been to Philly and wanted an historic and walkable hotel so we could take in the liberty bell, independence hall and the revolutionary museum. this place did not disappoint. our room was comfortable and clean and the place is quiet. great location with a great staff. if there is a glitch ...
This hotel is just a block away from Reading Terminal Market, thus, you'll have plenty of options for food throughout your trip. Right next to Pennsylvania Convention Center. Close to Jefferson Station (subway) and overall very close (walk-able) from most Philadelphia's touristic and historic ...
Location is not the best, but still walkable to attractions.
