“Excellent modern rental apartment with full kitchen and washer/dryer. I was there four nights. Rough neighborhood with homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks near to the hotel and the streets are deserted at night. Good central location for LA Live and Peacock Theater. Security men at front door were not always available to let you in, but that was a minor inconvenience. “Great location, easy to get to everything including LAX. All rooms were very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels in both bathrooms. Fans were provided which worked better on the 1st floor than the 2nd floor where it did get a bit warm one night. Kitchen was minimal but that was OK since we didn't plan to do any cooking. Very quiet, which was a pleasant surprise given the location.”
