RIU Hotels are Fabulous. Great Food, Entertainment and the Cleanliness is the best we have seen to date. RIU Jalisco is newly renovated and was an excellent place to get away from the Canadian Winter for awhile❤️

Room was clean, staff was great over all. Beautiful well maintained resort hotel. The food was decent for an all inclusive with many options. That being said, I would not rank any of the restaurants as 4 or 5 star. I think for being a premium hotel this is an area that could improve. But still over ...

The staff was great during every interaction. They really tend to the details at this resort. Someone is always cleaning, painting or manicuring the grounds to make it beautiful. Food was great every day. The location is great and close to the airport. Fun activities.

This is our second time staying at the Casa with our large family of 6 kids. We still have room for a couple other family members to join as well. Gilberto and the service team are amazing, makes for the most relaxing holiday. The place is a work of art, never ceases to impress how creative the design. ...
