RIU Hotels are Fabulous. Great Food, Entertainment and the Cleanliness is the best we have seen to date. RIU Jalisco is newly renovated and was an excellent place to get away from the Canadian Winter for awhile❤️

The room was clean, updated and the staff was prompt and the daily cleaning and restocking of the room was perfect. The check in process was quick and exactly what we requested. The resort was everything as it was advertised to be. Met all expectations that were promised.

My stay at Riu Vallarta was amazing. From the moment I arrived, the bell boy Marco was so friendly and helpful. The concierge was also lovely. It was a birthday trip so they made sure to send me a lovely gift to my room. Overall, the service is amazing.

Room was clean and street noise was overcome by the a/c, which was powerful and easy to control. The staff were friendly and Adrian went out of his way to make sure my stay was good. This is our second time staying at the Casa with our large family of 6 kids. We still have room for a couple other family members to join as well.
