We arrived to the home a day after check in to allow for us to have a smooth transition for check in and not be rushed out of one into another. … Upon coming 8/30/2025 around 11:30am, we were surprised to find all windows and fans shut/ off for an overwhelming amount of humidity, must and heat right up entering the home.The fans, which is only 3, are extremely old and covered inside with black thick dust/decouch/ chairs hair all on them. The floors after walking on them covered our feet with black dirt The beds were appalling with dried up bugs or rice kernels excessive food/ crumbs and lumped human hair.The back door to get for the patio area has two large exposed metal backing that are extremely dangerous and not only a hazard but could puncture my child’s skin and scraped me when trying to maneuver to get out of the door. There is air vents with exposed holes on the walkways of the hall. Feet and toes to trip in them. (Had to cover them with a board to protect ourselves) Fridge has residue on it Toaster is on its last leg, all appliances are ancient. Several outlets if not almost all of them are not working making it nearly impossible to charge anything/use for necessary items The water in the secondary bath was insanely scolding hot. No temp valve or way to lower as the cool water was rusted over on the knob and hard to turn. Zero extra linens provided to try and revise the dirty beds. Used plastic fork zip tied to hold blinds. Dead bugs and flys. Just awful.
