"The rooms are very clean and tidy. The walk to get ice or breakfast experience is absolutely not 5 star and barely 4 star. Keys stopped working several times for several guest. But the front desk was very professional and responsive to anything and very hospitable. At the end of the day, the staff made this 3 star hotel a 4 star hotel experience that I was satisfied with."

"The property could not have been any closer to the venue I was interested in. As expected the property was worn but seemed clean. The breakfast was minimal but the staff was friendly and I left my car at the property until I returned from the event I was attending which ended before noon which made things easy."

"Since we arrived well before the 3:00 check-in time, I called from the airport to see if we could check in early. The clerk asked whether we had a pet (no) and whether we needed a handicapped room (no), but we were assigned a handicapped room anyway. That meant no surface in the bathroom for our toiletries and grooming items. The next day we asked about this and were given a regular room close by."

"Everything was very good. The only thing was all the carpets have stains and a different order on each floor. In room, halls, even dinning room. You can see all have been cleaned but are so stained and in MANY places."
