They charged my card that morning even though I checked “pay at stay.” I wanted to use a different card and they said it would be a hassle to redo the charge. The carpets are old and funky. The rooms on the top floor get warm which was fine because it was cool. At 6am there is thumping sounds like pipes and loud thumping on the ceiling woke me up. Got back at 11:30pm and parked in the registration spot and the front desk came out hollered at me that I had to park in the cramped underground parking because he had someone checking in. There was only one spot below and it’s such a tight squeeze and you had to parallel park. There is an open street spot that someone could easily park to check in. When I went to check out I requested a printed receipt and the front desk told me they couldn’t because because it was through Expedia. I told them they had charged my card on Monday and give me the number of the manager. They looked to see they could print my receipt after all.
